Still Alive

Yes, that's right. I'm still alive, even though no one has really asked.

I've been swamped with school work, studying, practicing, etc., all in the hopes of some day not so soon (May 2010) officially becoming Dr. Lauren Joy Stone (that's Lauren Joy Stone, O.D., to be precise).

I'm taking a break right now, awaiting the delivery of some pizza for my dining pleasure, before I hit the books again. Danny's obviously bored out his mind since he has set forth in ironing every article of clothing he owns. Our primary interaction these days (sad as it is) is often good morning, have a good day, how was your day, what do you want for dinner, are you coming to bed, goodnight. Every now and again we spice it up with an I'll be home late, etc.

So think of me the next time you are having fun - and remind me it will all be worth it (in the year 2040 when the student loans are paid off!!!)
