System Restore

After months of disuse due to slow performance (likely from a viral infection), Danny and I have played doctor... on my laptop. We eliminated the problem by completing a system restore... returning my laptop to the like-new status. "New" meaning back to 2001. About 48 hours of downloading critical system updates from Microsoft later, I'm up and running successfully again. Too bad it couldn't do anything to fix my slow internet (dial-up) connection!
